As part of the official DevSecCon2025 programme, Snyk collaborated with 36ixty Booths to elevate the post-conference networking experience at the OXO Tower Bar & Brasserie. Our Ai SketchBots delivered a high-impact, technology-driven activation designed to engage attendees immediately after the speaker sessions. The result was a memorable and premium guest experience that aligned seamlessly with Snyk’s innovative, developer-focused identity.

Challenges & Solutions.

Challenge 1: Sudden high footfall immediately after the speaker sessions

Guests moved directly from the conference room into the bar area, creating an instant surge of traffic.

Solution: We pre-optimised all Ai workflows, ensuring rapid portrait creation and steady throughput even during peak periods. The use of multiple robots allows time for the activation to engage each person individually without them feeling it is an extensive waiting time.

Challenge 2: Supporting natural networking flow

The activation needed to enhance interactions without interrupting the networking environment.

Solution: The Ai SketchBots were positioned to act as a natural focal point. Attendees could watch portraits being generated while easily engaging in conversation around the activation area.

Challenge 3: Maintaining thematic relevance to DevSecCon2025 and Snyk

The experience required a tech-driven feel that complemented the event but remained visually unobtrusive.

Solution: Premium Snyk-branded stickers were applied to each Ai SketchBot, and prints were subtly branded, providing strong but tasteful brand visibility. Also followed by a bespoke card design for the robots to draw on.
